Vein Therapy

Vein Therapy

Spider veins are enlarged superficial blood vessels, most common on the legs. They are caused by repetitive high impact activities, injuries, pregnancy, and family history. Larger dilated blood vessels, or varicose veins, are raised above the skin surface and may cause discomfort, and subsequently skin ulcers. Conditions:

  • Spider/Varicose Veins

  • Stasis Dermatitis

  • Venous Reflux/Venous Stasis

  • Telangiectasis: Facial Spider Veins/Broken Capillaries

Treatments

These veins can be treated with laser therapy or relatively painless injections using the most advanced sclerosing solutions. Ultrasound guided injections are another state-of-the-art technique to treat deeper varicose veins. Advanced technologies such as ambulatory phlebectomy or endovenous closure can eliminate unattractive or uncomfortable varicose veins completely. In-office duplex ultrasounds provide the highest level of diagnostic acumen, so we can determine which option is best for your particular condition.

  • Ambulatory Phlebectomy for Varicose Veins

  • Cosmetic Sclerotherapy

  • VNUS Endovenous Radio Frequency Ablation/Endovenous Thermal Ablation

  • Foam Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy(USGS)
